He has served in various capacities in corporate and public accounting. He is active in both the Lynchburg and Roanoke communities, participating in various projects and associations. He is dedicated to helping small business owners in the community achieve their goals and prepare for a successful future. Jason is happily married and has three wonderful children.

Kim joined Padgett in 2008 as the Business Development Coordinator. She has business degrees from Peace College and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Kim's responsibilities included sales and customer service in her previous positions and she brings this experience to not only Padgett, but our clients as well. She is a strong supporter of our clients and always puts their interests and needs first.

In September 2009, Stephanie joined the Padgett team. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and business operations. She has a BBA degree with a concentration in accounting, from Roanoke College and has worked for various types of small businesses. Combining experience and education, Stephanie is dedicated to helping our clients in their pursuit of having a successful business environment.
